How do I book a session?

You can book a session by filling out the contact form, calling us directly, or visiting our studio. After booking, you'll be given access to an exclusive mobile app to manage and track your sessions. Our team will assist you in scheduling the right session based on your needs.


Do I need to be at a certain fitness level to join?

Not at all. Our programs are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our coaches will guide you based on your personal goals and experience.


What should I bring to my first session?

Wear comfortable workout clothes, bring a water bottle, and be ready to move. If you’re joining a Restore & Recover session, you may also want to bring a towel or mat for extra comfort.


Do you offer trial sessions?

Yes, we offer first-time visitors the opportunity to experience Aura Fitness with a trial session. Contact us for details and availability.


Can I reschedule or cancel a booked session?

We understand that plans change. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice, through our app. Cancellations within less than 24 hours may be subject to a fee.
